Attach your cleats to the platforms, and clip the platforms to your pedals. When you're ready to bike, slip your shoes in and go! Once you get going, you can tighten them up with the single velcro strap. Coming back into the transition area, loosen the straps and take a foot out. Stop, rack your bike, and you're off again.
