Return/Exchange Information

We stand behind everything we sell, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.


REGULAR AND SALE ITEMS

For Exchange or Refund: Items must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Items must be in a new and unused condition, and must be returned with all original product packaging. Clothing items must be unworn and have all garment and hang tags still attached. No need to call for an RMA number; we send one with your order.

Note on Free Shipping: If you selected Free Shipping on your original order and return items for refund, shipping charges for the original order may be deducted from your refund if your remaining items no longer qualify for Free Shipping.


CLOSEOUT ITEMS

Return For Store Credit Only: Closeout items must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Items must be in a new and unused condition, and must be returned with all original product packaging. Clothing items must be unworn and have all garment and hang tags still attached. Closeout items are returnable only for store credit, no refunds. Closeout items are denoted with a Part Number (P/N) ending with -CL.


FINAL CLOSEOUT ITEMS

No Returns: Final closeout items are sold AS-IS and cannot be accepted for return. Final Closeout items are denoted with a Part Number (P/N) ending with -FC.


SPECIAL PURCHASE ITEMS

Return for store credit only: Special Purchase items can be returned for store credit only. Size exchanges will incur additional shipping fees. Special purchase items are denoted as such on our website.


WARRANTY ISSUES

Up to 30 Days From Purchase: If you have received a defective item and wish to have it repaired/replaced, please contact us for instructions. We will arrange to have the item either returned to us or returned to the manufacturer depending on the manufacturer's requirements.

After 30 Days From Purchase: After 30 days, please do not return an item to us for warranty service until you have contacted us. Many manufacturers require you to return the item directly to them rather than the place of purchase. If you have a warranty issue with any product purchased from us, feel free to contact us and let us help you to resolve the issue with the manufacturer.


How To Exchange Or Return An Item:

1. Fill out the Exchange/Return Form included with your order with the quantity returned noted for each item returned. If you wish to exchange items or include additional items, please fill out the Exchange Order Form section with the items you would like in exchange.

2. Pack returned items along with the Exchange/Return Form in a sturdy box and seal the box securely.

3. Tape the pre-addressed RMA label to the outside of the box.

4. For your protection, return merchandise via FedEx, UPS, or Insured US Mail.
