Shipping Methods: We ship using FedEx and the USPS. Shipping costs are based on the shipping weight of the order and include parcel insurance.

Same-Business-Day-Shipping: In-stock orders that are placed by 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time will generally be shipped the same business day. FedEx Priority Overnight: Morning delivery the next business day. Some shipments to and from remote locations may require additional time in transit. FedEx Standard Overnight: Delivery by end of next business day. Available in the 48 contiguous states. Not available to all destinations. Service provides up-to-the minute tracking information.

FedEx 2 Day Air: Delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico by the end of the second business day after the ship date. Service provides up-to-the minute tracking information.

FedEx Express Saver: Delivery within three business days after the ship date to the 48 contiguous states. Service provides up-to-the minute tracking information.

FedEx Home Delivery: Delivery from 1 to 7 business days after the ship date to residential addresses in all 50 states and Puerto Rico. First Class Mail: Regular First Class Mail shipping is offered for gift certificates and some small item orders. Domestic Express Mail: Fastest service offered by the United States Postal Service to US addresses. Deliveries are next-day or second-day from ship date to all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Deliveries made to most addresses in the United States including PO Boxes. Deliveries made to most locations Monday-Saturday, excluding holidays.

Customs Duties/Taxes: Our shipping charges do not include customs duties and taxes, which will be payable when your order is delivered or will be billed to you shortly thereafter by the delivery company. Before placing your order we recommend you contact your local customs office to get an estimate of duties and taxes. Orders refused or undelivered due to nonpayment of duties/taxes will incur a 15% restocking charge in addition to shipping charges both ways.

International Express Mail: Shipped to the country of destination by the United States Postal Service and shipped from the port of entry to the recipient via the local postal service. It has been our experience that shipments usually take up to 7-15 days for delivery, but occassionally may take longer.
